(French follows)

Once again this year, the Association of English-language Publishers of Quebec and the Quebec Writers’ Federation will participate in the Salon du livre de Montréal. During the fair at Palais des congrès, they can be found at booth 1304 under the banner “Get Lit” where they will present books by over 100 Quebec writers and 40 Quebec English-language publishers, available for purchase through the Montreal-based Paragraphe Bookstore. As part of the Salon dans la Ville, they will also offer English and bilingual activities, both online and in person. The Salon du livre is proud to welcome English-language publishers and writers from Quebec, reflecting Montreal’s linguistic diversity.

Tickets are available on site, though it is strongly suggested to procure them before to avoid line-ups. For kids 12 and under, please purchase a (free) ticket as well. Vaccination passports, photo ID, and masks will be required to enter. Children over the age of 5 must wear a mask, and all over the age of 13 must show proof of vaccination. Buy a ticket, or visit the Salon’s website for more information.
