DESCRIPTION:The Montreal Review of Books launches its Spring 2026 issue on Wednesday\, March 18th at Hotel 10 (10 Sherbrooke Street West) in partnership with the Blue Metropolis International Literary Festival!\n\nFollowing the festival’s 2026 programming announcement\, join us in Espace Godin for refreshments and readings by Marianne Ackerman (Oyster\, Dundurn Press)\, Francine Pelletier (Dream Interrupted\, Sutherland House Press) and Karine Rosso (Between the Island and the Turtle\, QC Fiction).\n\nThe Blue Metropolis press conference will begin at 4:00 p.m.\, followed by a wine reception\, and mRb readings beginning at 6:00. The authors will be available to sign books after the readings. DESCRIPTION:July 2\, 2026\nThe Backyard Theatre\, Teesri Duniya Theatre (251 Ave Pins)\n\nReadings at 6 pm.\n \n\n\nThe Montreal Review of Books launches its Summer 2026 issue on Thursday\, July 2 in the Grande Gallerie of Teesri Duniya Theatre (Cité-des-Hospitalières\, 251 Ave Pins). Please note that this is an outdoor venue with a covered roof\, with three to four steps leading to the seating area. There will be signage indicating the way.\n \nDoors open at 5:30 pm\, and mRb readings begin at 6:00 with featured authors Natalie Doonan (Eating the Urban Wild\, McGill-Queen’s University Press)\, Guy Rex Rodgers (What We Choose to Forget\, ELAN) and Chanel Sutherland (Layaway Child\, House of Anansi). The authors will be available to sign books after the readings. Guests may enter from the gardens or from the building. The building is wheelchair accessible by ramp and elevator\, entrance to the left of the main doors at 251 Avenue des Pins Ouest. There is a short flight of steps leading to the landing where the readings will take place.
